We are seeking a motivated Construction Technician to join our team. The perfect candidate must have superior teamwork and organizational skills and a self motivated spirit. Technical skills required include light framing, drywall, trim. General experience in electrical, HVAC and plumbing is also important. This position will assist the Team by working on replacement projects requiring handy work and maintaining multiple property locations. Ability to work with a strong sense of urgency to drive daily results, create a vision, set goals and work with the team to exude accountability. Job Summary: To perform all duties necessary surrounding replacement jobs, facility needs and multiple property locations. Use of experienced skills to perform quality construction needs including light framing, drywall, trim and knowledge of electrical, HVAC and plumbing. Ensures top quality and the ability to pivot amongst projects. Clear and concise communications with management, staff and outside vendors.
Pay: Salary Top Pay for Top Talent
Compensation will depend on experience and will increase with skills and continued education along with taking on more of the management duties.
General Hours: 7:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, occasional nights and weekends
Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Potential CDL required
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- HVAC and/or Plumbing industry knowledge is preferred
- Computer skills with Microsoft Office including Excel
- Experience creating Inventory Systems
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced customer service skills
- Ability to set and manage timeline goals
